REGISTRATION FEES
Three types of packages are available to participants (All Inclusive, Conference Only and Accompanying Person).
● All Inclusive Package: this package include all expenses and activities related to your stay during the event and access to all conference activities and materials. It includes:
- 3 Night Accommodation at the luxury conference hotel (Dom Pedro Laguna Beach Villas & Golf Resort), with check-in on august 26th (Tuesday) and check-out on the 29th (Friday). Different rates are available for Single, Double or Triple rooms.
- All meals during the event, that is, dinner on the 26th (Tuesday); breakfast, lunch and dinner on the 27th (Wednesday); breakfast and lunch on the 28th (Thursday) and breakfast and lunch on the 29th (Friday).
- Cocktail Reception on the 26th (Tuesday night).
- Social Event on the 28th (Thursday night).
- Afternoon coffee breaks on the 27th (Wednesday) and 28th (Thursday).
- Airport/Conference Hotel (in case you arrive on the 26th) and Conference Hotel/Airport (in case you leave on the 29th) transfers.
- Access to all conference activities and materials, including the printed proceedings.
The following fees (in Euro and per person) will be applied for the All Inclusive Package:

- Cocktail Reception on the 26th (Tuesday night).

- Airport/Conference Hotel (in case you arrive on the 26th) and Conference Hotel/Airport (in case you leave on the 29th) transfers.
- Access to all conference activities and materials, including the printed proceedings.

Registration Fees Notes:
- Early registration will continue until July 1st. Late registration will start on July 1st and end on August 10th. On-site registration will be allowed only for the Conference Only Package.
- The following exchange rates will be applied, in case you pay in a currency different than Euro: 1,00 EUR = 3,00 BRL (BRAZILIAN REAL) = 1,40 USD (US DOLLAR) = 0,80 GBD (BRITISH POUND).
- Brazilian participants may be eligible for special fees. In order to verify whether you are eligible, please contact the conference chair at ssbse2014@uece.br.

- A 20% refund penalty rate will be applied if you cancel before August 10th. After this date, no refund will be allowed.
- We have negociated with the conference hotel special fees for SSBSE participants to stay extra days before or after the event. In order to learn about this special conditions, and make a reservation, please contact the hotel directly at reservas@dompedrolaguna.com.

STEP 1 (Registration):
- Fill in the Registration Form (.odt, .pdf, .doc) and sent it to ssbse2014@uece.br.
STEP 2 (Payment):
Two payment options are available to participants, Bank Transfer and Credit Card (see Payment Procedures in the next section).
- In case you decide to pay the registration fee by Bank Transfer, attach to the e-mail the bank transfer order/receipt.
- In case you decide to pay the registration fee by Credit Card, an e-mail with payment link and instructions will be send to you after we receive your filled registration form.

2) Credit Card
Credit card payment will be allowed through PayPal (the participant is not required to have a PayPal account). After we receive your filled registration form, we will send you an e-mail with the payment link and instructions.

- In case you wish to pay by Bank Transfer and are not sure about the exact fee you should pay, please contact the conference chair (ssbse2014@uece.br) to have the correct information before making your payment.
